Carrie B. Marcantonio is the Founder of CB Consulting Group, LLC and a proud graduate of Suffolk University Law School.  Carrie has 20 years of experience in the Boston legal market, first as a paralegal, then law student, practicing litigator, recruiter, and small business owner. Carrie began her recruiting career with some of the largest staffing firms in the industry where found her strength in legal recruiting in 2016. She founded CB Consulting Group, LLC in 2019 with the intent of adding the human aspect back into the recruiting process and making it more accessible to small and mid-sized law firms.  Having held many positions within law firms herself,  Carrie brings an inside perspective to legal recruiting, both for candidates looking for new roles, as well as for employers looking to hire. The majority of her work is with law firms (where she has placed everything from legal secretaries to entire practice groups), but she also has experience as an outside recruiting resource for investment, robotic, cybersecurity, manufacturing, and real estate development companies. 

Carrie takes recruiting one step further for niche candidates, running directed searches for those seeking specific opportunities that may not present themselves easily.  She is able to speak with candidates, determine their personal parameters, and uses her network to uncover potential fits. Her deep roots in Boston, and her passion for the legal market make her a fantastic resource.

Carrie resides just outside of Boston with her husband, Craig, and daughter, Maren.  In her spare time she enjoys being active, home improvement projects, experimenting in the kitchen, cozying up with a good book, gardening,  and adventuring with her family.
